Amy Savage, Fine Points Co-founder and President, began her career working for Tom Peters Company, where she met the authors of The Leadership Challenge, Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, and was impacted by their leadership research.
During her time at Tom Peters Company, Amy developed a passion for the 360-degree feedback instrument, The Leadership Practices Inventory®: LPI. Eventually, this led her to co-found Fine Points in 2004, where she has managed operations ever since and built a strong, relationship-based service organization that has partnered with over 30,000 leaders globally through the LPI.
Amy is a Certified Master LPI® coach and facilitator for The Leadership Challenge®, and has worked with various industries including education, healthcare, finance, technology, marketing, and non-profits.
Amy’s personal values of “people, growth, vulnerability, courage and spirituality” drive her work with individuals and organizations so that they can see their full potential recognized. With over 15 years’ experience with the LPI® and its authors, James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner, she is a raving fan of the feedback process and its power to effect change in people’s personal and professional lives.
Amy resides in beautiful Monument, Colorado with her husband of 18 years and three children – ages 13, 11 & 10. When not traveling for work, she enjoys outdoor hikes in the mountains with her family.
